OK. I should be getting my ticket tomorrow.

There first thing I thought of when I found out Fantomas on the same bill as Serj, was that of a very happy Gregg'ms.

I like Serj's voice, but I've only heard one of his solo songs, which sounded just like every other fast-heavy thing he's done with System. Annoying, because the first song of theirs I heard was "Spiders" and I think that they/he had potential to go further in that direction (OK, some of the System songs sort of do) rather than the manic beligerence that goes too over the top without actually being metal or hardcore enough to do it well. That's just my unwanted and unasked for opinion.

There's far worse people Fantomas could do a show with. Shame that they're not headlining.

I find it kind of ironic that in my iTunes, when sorted alphabetically, System of a Down are immediately followed by Ta'veren Jive...

System actually changed their name from 'Victims of the Down' to SOAD so they could sort close to Slayer in play lists too!
