Hell yeah.
It totally highlights all Daron's input in to the last two system albums, the songs are great.
..and John is arguably one of the greatest drummers in modern music.

next you'll be say NIN is a reason to go to this gig.

Do Soundwave bands usually do side shows?

Yes. This year, Killswitch Engage did a show at the Forum, The Offspring played the Hordern. Incubus played somewhere too, I think. I didn't go to any of those shows, but I remember them being advertised and a few friends went to Killswitch.

I'll be going to Soundwave AND the sideshows for the bands I care about. The amount of bands seems a bit of overkill. Apparently this festival is very poorly run.

as soon as soundwave sells out and the promotor can profit further off the band - they will put a side show on ...

Scars On Broadway Cancels Tour

Scars On Broadway has announced that they will be cancelling all tour dates aswell as their appearance on the Jimmy Kemmel show with no plans to reschedule. Apparantly, the reason given is that singer/guitarist Daron Malakian doesn't feel that his heart is into touring at the present time.

Scars On Broadway sold just under 24,000 copies of their debut album this year and features System Of A Down members Daron Malakian and John Dolmayan.
