fuckshitcunt!!!

Tickets go on sale TOMORROW?!
And worse than that, through fucking ticketmaster!
Fucking hell!

At least it's cheaper and at a better venue than Iron Maiden (which also goes on sale tomorrow, but through ticketek, who in my opinion are a LOT more reliable and efficient).

AU $89.50 - AU $111.70
are the prices listed on the ticketbastard website. I'm guessing the more expensive price is for floor tickets and less expensive for seats (sorry if that's stating the obvious).

Now I have to figure how the fucking hell I'm supposed to get my ticket when I'll be at work tomorrow and it's bound to sell out fairly fast. And the fact that I hate dealing with ticketmaster.

Apologies for my 'crankiness'.

Practically EVERYTHING about the Big Day Out sucks in my opinion.
* Shorter sets.
* More people that aren't fans who are just there for the hell of it. Especially annoying jocks.
* Lack of toilets.
* SUN light. ( = sun burn)
* Too long.
* Good bands on at the same time.
* Shitty outdoor sound.
* Heaps of people on crack.
* Food?
* Totalitarian security thugs.
* Etc.

Much, MUCH rather see a band/performer in a good venue where the focus is on them and not distracted by getting to the next band in time.

"Fun" is subjective. My idea of fun is quite different. Although I'm not saying I didn't enjoy anything at all about the BDO 2000, just that I would've rather have seen certain bands do their own shows. Although some band (who I don't really care about & wouldn't have seen them on their own, but I enjoyed because of better vibe of the crowds around me - for those particular bands - and familiar songs) were better suited to it.

Anyways, I'm not saying I'm definitely not going to the B.D.O., just that I would much rather see RAtM, SP and Bjork at their own shows than squeezed into a shitty festival. Going to both would be preferable, but not looking very affordable at this point in time, considering a few things.
