With songs like "California Girls", "Good Vibrations', "Wouldn't It Be Nice", "Surfin' USA", "Kokomo", "Help Me Rhonda", "Barbara Ann" and countless others, The Beach Boys are one of the most influential and successful bands in pop history.

The iconic Californian band are on their way to Australia for what promises to be an extra special November national tour.

The tour's special guests are the mighty Daddy Cool, the original line-up reforming for their first concert tour in 33 years(!). Plus the multi-Grammy award-winning performer Christopher Cross. How's that for a fantastic triple bill!!

The Beach Boys, headed by singer Mike Love, will be playing all the classic hits that so perfectly epitomized the Californian lifestyle and propelled them to sales of more than 100 million albums, 32 American Platinum and Gold awards, induction into the Rock'n'Roll Hall Of Fame and the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Grammys, to name just a few of their many staggering achievements.

Most recently the band's new 'Warmth Of The Sun' (EMI) album debuted Top 40 on the U.S Billboard chart (June 2007). Hand-selected and sequenced by The Beach Boys themselves, the new set's 28 tracks include six classics mixed in stereo for the first time.

The Beach Boys continue to play an astoundingly busy schedule of concerts. Their unique harmonies and extraordinary body of hits has created a timeless musical legacy that continues to thrill audiences all over the globe.

In many ways the mighty Daddy Cool – Ross Wilson, Ross Hannaford, Gary Young and Wayne Duncan - helped define Australian music as the Beach Boys did in the U.S.

Their vibrant mix of blues, doo wop and crazy retro rock evidenced in their debut single 'Eagle Rock' and debut album 'Daddy Who? Daddy Cool' rewrote the record books. After their 2nd album 'Sex, Dope & Rock & Roll:Teenage Heaven' and three U.S tours, they called it quits playing an emotional farewell in August 1972, which spawned the magnificent double live album 'The Last Drive-In Movie'.

The 2005 Tsunami Disaster Concert at Melbourne's Myer Music Bowl prompted a reformation with amazing reviews resulting. The live footage led to the five-hour DVD 'The Complete Daddy Cool' (Aztec), followed up last year with a hugely popular induction into the ARIA Hall Of Fame and a brand new DC album 'The New Cool' (Liberation).

This will be their first national tour in 33 years – and they are ready to rock!

The concerts will kick off in fine style with the multi-Grammy award-winning performer Christopher Cross. 'Arthur's Theme', 'Sailing' and 'Ride Like The Wind' are among the magical songs that have earned Christopher nearly 10 million record sales, 5 Grammy's, 1 Oscar and 4 US 1 hits.

With 8 fine albums to his credit, Cross continues to write and perform sophisticated songs of pop perfection. It will be his second visit to Australia.

The Beach Boys, Daddy Cool and Christopher Cross – three incredible artists in one unforgettable concert! Concert dates are:

Mike Love is a fuckwit.
BRIAN was the Beach Boys.
Mike stole the name for financial gain.
He even sued Brian for trying to market the Smile album using the Beach Boys name, and Al Jardine for a similar thing.

FUCK giving that cunt any money.

Not to mention, he's the only original member.
Granted, 2 of them are dead, but if he at least was touring with Brian and Al in the band, it would give the whole thing some merit...
