Iron Maiden Australian Tour Feb 2008

Bleeding from nose, throat & ears

Postby Chantel » Tue Jul 10, 2007 3:22 am

I requested 'Run to the Hills' at our Geelong show.

After a number of $3 Jagerbombs, I proceeded to stand mid-(emptiesh)-dancefloor and get my metal on.

Fuck yeah!!

February :

Monday 4th, Burswood Dome, Perth
Wednesday 6th, Rod Laver Arena, Melbourne
Saturday 9th, Acer Arena, Sydney
Tuesday 12th, Entertainment Centre, Brisbane

METAL gods Iron Maiden will Tour Australia in February, for the first time in 15 years.

Singer Bruce Dickinson, now a licensed pilot, will fly the band to Australia.

The group is customising a Boeing 757 to fit 60 band and crew and its trademark enormous stage show as part of their 2008 world tour.

Dickinson is a full-time pilot for Astraeus airlines.

"Most of my holidays are planned around going on tour with Iron Maiden," Dickinson said yesterday.

Tickets go on sale on September 27 through Ticketek.

To allow Iron Maiden fans in Australia to get right up close to the band, the fan club are organising advance booking of tickets for members and running a special draw for them whereby 60 winners and friend at each show will be given first access to the venue and be first to the stage barrier.
