There's also a second show announced the night before on Monday 26th of March.

i bought Meantime on Tuesday. it's obviously a good album. i haven't heard the rest of Helmet's albums so i can't say that it's the best of them, but i am confused as to why it's considered one of the best albums ever made... it's good, but what makes it essential? Why include that on the list and not something like Pantera's Vulgar Display of Power, released the same year and produced by Terry Date (who produced Badmotorfinger a year earlier).

Anyways. HELMET. $50... who's going?

Hmmm. I loved Helmet back in the day, but I could not imaging trying to convince anyone it would be essential. Though I found it something to be highly recommended nevertheless.
But then again, they have seemed to influence a plethora of bands since.

I should be able to catch the new concert if I get in early enough. I'm certainly not short of money. I just hope they don't sell out too soon.
