According to some, there's only two styles of music. Good music and (shit) bad music.

As for genres, unless you're in the business side of Music Industry, i don't see why things have to be labelled. Refer to the specifics of what makes them the unknown style and make up your own name for it. That seems to be what music critics do anyway.

I don't care much for labels either. It's only for when I want to describe a band. And there's a lot of bands these days where I can hear consistent similarities.
