    Yeah, but .hinge deserve the name more because they're a better band. Peeping Tom Melbourne aren't anywhere in the same league of greatness that is Patton's project. i'd be pissed off if they forced him to change its name.

    i studied Copyright in my Music courses, but i can't remember the laws regarding band names... it's only if they register it as a business, isn't it?

    yeah i checked paradigm shift out on myspace, they seem not too bad. would be a wicked show though...
