    Correct as a guy that used to manage Slip Inn that is what you need to be a bar tender \ waiter or anybody that physically works on the floor of the pub.

    RSA and RSG are mandatory.

    hmmm when did this change??

    I used to manage a RSL that had about 200 pokies dotted throughout it and staff did not require RCG to work in the bar/glassy, I finished up doing that about 3 years ago when they were talking about bringing it in but....

    I was 18 when I got my certificates and those laws were in (or just about to come in). So 4 years ago

    yeh I think about 4 or 5 years ago....

    At Slip Inn we required the staff to have both..so I guess I should have said we as employers. Mandatory for us...but they where just doing it cause they knew the regulations would be coming in soon..
