Last night was easily the best Mz Ann Thropik performance I have ever witnessed, hands down.
I barely have the words to decribe it.
I was so moved at times, by the end of the set I was emotionally exhausted.

Even though this was considered a funeral, I found that you all managed to give these songs a new life. Took them to unchartered territory for Mz Ann.
The new arrangements were fantastic, bringing to the songs a fragile yet intense quality to them that I've never really gotten before.
Dark, moody, surreal, rustic, raw, intimate are words that also jump to mind.
Hauntingly beautiful...

The individual performances were outstanding.
Especially Andrew and Craig. Very impressed.
Andrews keys in particular stood out for me.
Not only did they sound great (I want that Nord!), but you always seem to get so emotional and ooze passion through your playing.
And I've only ever seen Craig in a metal setting, with this obviously being a HUGE departure from that. The minimalist approach to the drums, even though I'm sure was quite difficult for you to hold back, was executed perfectly, and I can already see you growing so much as a musician and a performer.
Both the guitarists brought a new feel to the songs, which were hugely guitar based, especially Joshuas little nuances with effected leads and slide guitar. Very nice.
The power of Michelle's voice absolutely blew me away.
That woman sure has a set of lungs on her, and a personality to boot.

She was the perfect compliment to Magdalena.
There are no words to describe how proud I am of you, Magdalena.
Everything about you and your performance last night was beautiful.
Absolutely stunning.

Even though these 2 shows are meant to be one offs, I strongly urge you to keep many of the elements that made up last night in future Mz Ann Thropik developments.
The whole feel and execution brought a maturity to the band and music that I never thought possible.
By melding that with the heavier side of Mz Ann will ensure success I feel...

Congratulations to all involved.
Can't wait to next week...

I loved playing last night. Have had a rough trot the last couple of months. This reminded me why I loved music so much.

well written Mr Hitman and thanks

I couldn't have set it better.

My stand out tracks were 99 Papercuts, Stain and Off With Your Head - the latter from which I still have a lump in my throat.
I have the choice of being constantly active and happy or introspectively passive and sad. Or I can go mad by ricocheting in between. - Sylvia Plath
