Channy and I were SO fucking tired after the previous night, then working, that we almost didn't make this show.

I figured we'd go and watch Nucleus, have one or 2 beers, then head home to bed.

We arrived home around 6AM SUNDAY MORNING!

Nucleus were fantastic, and the decent sized crowd seemed to love them.
As much as I cringe at the obvious influence in the majority of the songs, I have to respect these guys for such a professional and flawless execution, both in a live and studio context. Dylan, you in particularly shone through on Saturday night. You are honestly a phenomenal guitarist, with a near perfect guitar tone on the night, and some great ideas which definitely helped hold my interest through the whole set.

I really enjoyed the new song, "Orion", but the highlight of the set was definitely "Yellowbelly". So different to the rest of your set, it just sticks out as a really interesting tune...

So yeah, congrats on a great night...

Then we bumped into Eliza...

Wow Luis, thanks man. It means a lot.

It was a fun night. As Channy said on the night, the Doo Doo Doo song (Yellowbelly) was definitely a standout. So good to see people jumping around and dancing. We have realised we need more high energy songs in our set.

Haha Eliza... such a bad influence on everybody since she became single!

Thanks Channy, i know you have a lot on atm...

I think we were giving each other a run for our money

I think your photos are some of the best I've done in a while. Craig's lights were great. Heaps better in a larger space rather than at the excelsior.

The next 2-3 days I'm going to knuckle down and get these sets up.
