Midnight Hysteria are fucking awesome.
One of my fave new discoveries of the year.
Can't wait to see them again...

Also, The Desks, were definitely THE FUNNIEST "band" I have ever seen...

Why? (in regards to both of them). You don't seem easily impressed, so this makes me rather curious.

i can't check out their music on myspace right now due to it being the silent time of night (not my house, i don't make the rules).

The Desks = So bad, it's good...

Midnight Hysteria = Well written, well performed music. Fantastic singer. Something different and quite original in this Sydney climate of "run of the mill" bands who all try and sound like each other...

I'm extremely open minded when it comes to most local bands...

I'm not saying everyone will agree with me, but I genuinely liked MH...
