Apoligies from me for I'm going to the movies to see Amores Perros tonight instead of going to this great concert which I'm certain will be brilliant!

must have been a bit daunting.. empty metro theatre at 7:45 on a wednesday night.. well done anyway boys.

With no doubt 'What If' was definitely the climax of Cog's set. They really put on a great performance of this song - mind you the whole set was great performance wise. The new song they played before 'What If' was also really good - the one with the slow groove.

I thought the guitar volume was a bit inconsistent throughout the set though. i think it may have had to do with flynns channel levels. i guess it depends where you were standing in the room too. but yeah.

pretty good night for a wednesday.

Fuck I got smashed last night...got to bed at around 5am...

Los Alamos were great. Nice tight set, and the guitar sounded huge...although it could have been a little louder. Bass was a bit muddy, really lacked definition...

I rather enjoyed DLC...still don't really see what all the fuss about them is though...

Cog were ok. The crowd seemed pretty mellow. I wasn't a fan of any of the newies, apart from What If, which I agree was the song of the night. Another highlight though was when the crowd sung Real Life...so fucking cool...

Was good to see everyone too...can't until Fridays show!

Yeah Friday's going to be awesome.

I'm debating whether to take my camera or not.
I'd love to take some pics of .hinge and more of cog but it's hard to get into it as much when you're battling with a big bulky camera bag all night.

Can't wait to work on the photos from last night.

'What if' was fantastic. I do like 'Are You Interested?' (providing that's the one with the lyrics "I've seen it all before") , but yeah the others leave a bit to be desired...

were u still standing down the from for Los Alamos Luis?

I was until about half way thru, went and stood next to the desk and it sounded way better than down the front.

I was speaking to Stu their engineer later on in the night and apparently Joel (Cog's enginner) put a DB meter on the desk and gave him strict instructions not to go over 110! quite ridiculous really...

i think maybe the song u are referring to was the 'Town on Lincoln' channy?
