In a haunted forest, Little Red Riding Hood, Tom Thumb, and their animal friends fight an evil witch and her monsters, including a vampire. Deep in the bowels of the Haunted Forest, all the monsters of the world gather together in the residence of their leader, the Queen of Badness, who lives in a spooky castle high atop a mountain. These abhorrent ghouls include the Frankenstein monster, the Vampire, Bluebeard the Pirate, Carrot head, Father Hurricane, the Killer Robot, and the Siamese twins, "2-in-1". The assembled fiends sing a song about how they are the most evil monsters in the world, and how they must capture the only two good people left on earth: Tom Thumb and Little Red Riding Hood! They have also gathered to decide the fate of two prisoners: the Ferocious Wolf, and the Friendly Red-Headed Ogre, who sit in chains before them. The Queen of Badness assures the monsters that they can lure Red and Tom to them by using their longtime companions, the Wolf and the Ogre, as bait. The Queen of Badness sits as judge, the monsters as jury, and the Vampire as prosecuting attorney in this mock trail of our two good-hearted heroes.
