    Just when you thought that there couldn't possibly be one more festival this summer we get the announcement for Soundwave... So grab your crash helmet - and strap yourself in for a great rock ride as acts such as the Deftones bring it loud and hard to a park land near you

    Acts also confirmed to play in the first announcement:
    +44, Thrice, Unwritten Law, Hatebreed, Parkway Drive*, 18 Visions, Juliet and the Licks, Something With Numbers Flyleaf, The Format, Houston Calls and Hit the Lights + more acts to be announced. Event and ticketing info will be announced on December 7.

    February 24 - Brisbane - Riverstage
    February 25 - Sydney - Sydney Park, St Peters
    March 3 - Perth - Robinson Pavilion
