lars had to have the WORST snare tone i have ever heard on St Anger

But agreed this can only make them sound better. Rock has made all the stuff he has produced with them suck ass....

on the flipside I thought some of the stuff sounded cool in the rehearsal studio on "Some Kind of Monster". How much money did they spend on this album?

It sounds like it was recorded on a cassette and tape recorder.. :grin:
