FULL SCALE SPLIT
Full Scale, the Australian band that relocated to Los Angeles, has broken up, confirms band member Rob Kaay. The problem began a year ago, says Kaay, when they were sued for a five figure sum by a New York company with a similar name. Rather than settle, their US business representatives refused to negotiate.
The New York company waited until Sony released the band's album, and then sued the band and Sony for a six figure sum. The label stopped promoting the album, the manager couldn't get them tours as a result, and it finally collapsed. Most of the members are returning to Australia. Kaay is staying in Los Angeles working on new music and writing a journal on the problems the band faced.
Thankfully we won't have to listen to their over-rated crap again!
