The music is fantastic and the first 2 songs vocally are really really strong..i love them. Was thinking this might be up there with "The End Of Heartache" then the awful Stryper melodies came in..his voice is wafer thin in the higher registers...like Europe doing "The Final Countdown". Musically the album is pretty faultless.
You can't fault In Flames, if you don't like the new Gothenburg sound then you won't like this album.
They need to work with Rick Rubin or Ross Robinson to get the vocals catchy and more powerful....
But give me balls to the wall, chunky as fuck Entombed any day of the week...
