    The beginning of what's about to happen...

    I just thought I'd let you all know that Mark, Stassy and I have mutually decided to part ways with Troy.

    That is, as of today, Troy Thompson is no longer a part of The Locus Scene.

    I won't go into too much detail here as to why we have reached this unfortunate conclusion, but I will say that it had everything to do with some very deep seeded personal issues between Troy and the other members of the band.

    I guess the important thing to point out is that we are not breaking up (...this actually never even entered the equation), will continue recording for our debut release, and nothing much will change, other than the obvious fact that we will be introducing a new member, eventually.

    The 3 of us together are extremely positive about the future of TLS, and believe that this will be a major turn for the better...

    I know it was a tough decision.

    But I also know that it is definitely for the best. TLS will continue to grow at an even quicker pace now and I can't wait to see what's now to come!
