Passengers aboard a trans Atlantic flight got a shock when fellow traveller, Madonna whipped out a syringe and injected herself…

According to reports by Metro UK, passengers claim that Madonna whipped out a vial of vitamins and injected herself just prior to the plane landing.

Apparently Madonna had had no food during the seven hour flight and only spoke to the flight attendants to ask for water.

A spokesperson for the 49-year-old wouldn’t comment on whether the pop singer was using vitamin jabs. Vitamin injections are the latest fad to hit the Hollywood set with Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears both said to be users…
